Shipping & Delivery Policy

Affordable Nationwide Delivery

At Oz Study Desks, we strive to make designer furniture accessible to everyone. We've negotiated competitive freight rates with our shipping partners to offer low-cost shipping across Australia. Stock Availability and Dispatch Time

  • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 3 business days.
  • Customized Items: Delivery times vary.

Flexible Delivery Options

If you won't be home at the time of delivery, we offer two solutions:

  1. Warehouse Storage: We can hold your items until you return.
  2. Safe Place: We can leave your items in a designated secure area.

Combined Orders

To save on shipping costs, multiple items in an order will be delivered together, based on the longest delivery time among the items. For phased deliveries, please contact customer service.

Stay Informed

After placing an order, you'll receive confirmation emails detailing the shipping and delivery times for each item. A Shipment Notification email will follow once your items are dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Timing

Deliveries are made between 8 am and 8 pm. We cannot provide an exact time of delivery or pre-delivery calls.

Multiple Warehouses & Possible Split Shipments

At OZ Study Desks, we store our products in multiple warehouses across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane to ensure fast and efficient delivery to our customers across Australia.

To fulfill orders as quickly as possible, items may be dispatched from different locations. As a result, orders may be split into multiple shipments if products are stocked in different warehouses. This helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your understanding and are continually improving our logistics to provide a smoother experience.

Signature Required

For security, a signature is required upon delivery. Consider shipping your order to an address where someone can sign for it.

Additional Shipping Charges

For remote areas, additional shipping fees may apply. You'll be contacted in such cases to confirm the extra charge or to cancel the order.

Ground Floor Delivery Policy

We offer delivery to the ground floor only. If delivery to an upper floor is required, an additional charge will apply. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the goods on the ground floor, or contact us in advance to discuss any special delivery arrangements.

Address Error Policy

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing your order. If an order is returned or needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and reshipment.

Due to certain limitations, our metro area classification may differ slightly from the actual coverage. Please refer to the checkout page for the most accurate information.
